To purchase the instrument and scoring manual you must read and accept the licensing agreement. Upon acceptance of the licensing agreement your purchase will include access to download a single copy of the instrument with permission to make a fixed number of copies, and the administration and scoring manual. The total cost is based on the total number of instrument administrations needed for your study.

For example: If your study plans to recruit 250 participants and you expect to administer the instrument to each participant twice, you would need to purchase rights to 500 (250 x 2) administrations of the instrument.
